We toured the property with Bailey recently, and it was a pleasant experience! She was very knowledgeable and informative. She and the Assistant Leasing Manager assisted us along with the application process while still on property and helped us find a unit that fit our needs and preferred amenities. I do recommend Willow Glen as it seems safe, resident friendly, and has desirable in unit amenities.

I recently moved from Virginia here, I am with my twin sister and the staff are beyond phenomenal! The property is clean and the communication with the Leasing office is wonderful! So grateful to find a place that basically has "Everything" That one would need and want!! I highly recommend Willow Glen!

Since the change of management/maintenance, has taken place, Willow Glen, does not seem as sunny nor is thee attention to detail as prevalent, it is now just a corporation. The rent is constantly being increased with nothing to show for it (no upgrades). This is an older apartment complex. The last price increase was beyond ridiculous. I've spoken with other residents and the price increases are all different. We need a second dumpster, for thee amount of residences residing here, because the constant overflow of garbage due to having only one dumpster is extremely unsightly and very unsanitary. I am so disappointed with the changes. I love my apartment, I've been here 8 years, but I feel like I'm being pushed out. I know that if I move out, they can start from scratch and charge an even more ridiculous amount a month.

Beautiful room staff is very helpful

Chauncey is always polite and respectful when he comes into our home. He was able to quickly fix the problem and I appreciate him being friendly to our puppy.
