We really enjoyed our tour of Willow Glen Apartments. Bailey was so friendly, informative and made sure to answer all of our questions!!

Avoid corporate landlords! Rent from someone you can shake hands with and talk face to face, not a cold and faceless company insulated by a layer of management underlings that are good for absolutely nothing but shrugging and caring less when you have a problem and have no qualms with threatening you with lease violations over the pettiest of grievances. I would elaborate further but I’m considering legal action. Avoid this company and any of its affiliates.

I’m extremely disappointed to leave this review because I enjoyed the first few months of my lease and had high hopes about living here. The rent is entirely too much considering the quality of the construction and maintenance. The office seems nice at first but primarily exists to harass tenants over the most petty things imaginable. There were multiple instances but the one that compelled me to write this review was being accused of violating my lease for allowing my girlfriend to receive maintenance staff while I was busy, saying she was an “unauthorized tenant”. On top of that the staff couldn’t be bothered to let me use the WIFI in their office when my AC failed. 88 degrees in my apartment for multiple days and I get cold corporate indifference when all I wanted was a password. Steer clear from corporate landlords. Rent from someone you can shake hands with, that isn’t insulated by a layer of unaccountable secretaries and inflexible managers. I couldn’t imagine being treated this way by any landlord I have had in the past.

Staff were very professional, and personable. Answered any questions I had any completed work in a timely matter. Saved me from a very hot weekend!! Forgot to say it was Gerson and Kevin!!

As usual, Ethan remedied 2 very different and separate maintenance issues professionally, carefully and expeditiously. His abilities and easy polite manner are greatly appreciated.

Always Appreciate all maintance wirk & progress. Thank them for me whenever one comes to fix something.

I have resided at Willow Glen for the last 9.5 years and have seen management turn over a few times — but the current team has been consistent for several years now and is truly unmatched. They genuinely care about their residents and go out of their way to help whenever needed. Whenever I have a question, Jalessa never hesitates to answer thoroughly and always follows up to make sure everything is resolved. She also has a gift for leaving you with an encouraging word, which means more than she probably knows. I am truly grateful to call Willow Glen home.
