I submitted a service request & the next day a maintenance provider showed up & fixed my minor issues in about 15 minutes. The problems were fixed & he was polite, respectful, & efficient with solving the issues. Thanks for helping out & doing such a good job fixing the problems!

I have lived here for 3 months now. Have needed some minor repairs or problems. I am so pleased. I put in a service request and one of the guys are here the same day or the following day in all cases! They are pleasant and knowledgeable. The ladies in the office are lovely and make everything so easy. I couldn't be happier living here!

Had a minor dishwasher issue and it was fixed within two hours of opening the maintenance request. They service team rocks!

Chauncey is such a great technician! Such fast and prompt service meant a lot to me! His work on my plumbing and kitchen was very impressive! I am so pleased with his workmanship and professionalism. Willow Glen is a great place to live!

Jalisa who works in the office here at willow glen riverwoods drive has been such a huge help and such a key player in this community. I have lived here on and off for about six years and she has always done her best to accommodate me and my family. I am truly thankful for Jalisa and all she has done.

Chancy fixed my batteries in smoke alarms. He check my heat, ac, and water heater. He took care of everything. Excellent service.

My experience moving to Willow Glen has been wonderful, all my things arrived in perfect condition, the 3-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is incredible, and the attention they gave me was excellent, without a doubt it is one of the best places to live in Wilmington.
